Professional:
Fred is a signature member of the Transparent Watercolor Society of America (previously Midwest Watercolor Society) and the Georgia Watercolor Society.  He is one of the original members of the Southern Appalachian Art Guild, a regional arts organization with members from Georgia, North Carolina, and South Carolina.  His watercolor and acrylic paintings have been exhibited in regional and national competitions including the National Society of Painters in Casein and Acrylic, Midwest Watercolor Society, Watercolor West, Watercolor Society of North Carolina, Audubon Artists, Southern Watercolor Society, Watercolor Oklahoma, and Georgia Watercolor Society.  The Gallery, Canton, GA; Lookout Mountain Gallery, Chattanooga, TN; and the Pollitt Selection, Fayetteville, NC have all exhibited his work.

Fred has sold paintings to many corporations in North Carolina, South Carolina, and Georgia and has won purchase awards in exhibitions in North Carolina, Kentucky, Illinois, and Georgia.

Personal:
Fred lives in Big Canoe, GA with his wife Sally where he paints and enjoys retired life. He and Sally travel frequently spending time in Savannah, GA with his grandchildren and gathering photos from coastal subjects.
