The ANNUAL QUILT SHOW is back once again! Join us for the Opening Reception Saturday, September 17 from 2-4pm for refreshments and snacks. Meet this lively group of fiber artists from all over North Georgia. It’s FREE and a great exhibit of incredible talent!

And every year this guild donates a quilt to the Bowen to help support its special events. Tickets are only $1.00 or six for $5.00! The beautiful quilt this year is titled Planting the Shoo-Fly Garden and features Kaffe Fausett designer fabrics. Many thanks to Jeannie Whitworth, chairman of the Raffle Quilt and to everyone who selected and donated the amazing Kaffe fabrics and helped make the Shoo-Fly Garden. Fabrics were donated by guild members and assembled by over 40 quilters. The appliquéd outer border was designed by Jackie Somerville and applied by four guild members. This Queen/King size (94″x104″) quilt was machine quilted by Deborah Raptis and binding was sewn by Jan Fambrough.
