This delightful display of The Creative Hands of Women will be in our beautiful vintage building until December 6. 45 entrants from all over North Georgia were accepted with their diverse array of artist styles, with 18 first time artists to the Bowen! The diverse range of media includes 112 pieces of pottery, wall art, fiber art, jewelry, photography, sculptures, dolls, painted hats, pillows, quilts, centerpieces, wreaths, and stained glass. Also included in judging was Lily McCracken’s UNG Capstone Mentor Project Display with both High School and College entrants! Don’t miss it!
Cash Prize awards were selected by the panel of host sponsors – Bowen Art Center and Dawson County Woman’s Club. Winners are:

The Bowen is located in Historic Downtown Dawsonville just north of the roundabout at 334 Highway 9North between Dawson Junior High and Lanier Tech College.
