Learn the Bob Ross Oil Painting Technique for Florals.
This one-day workshop will introduce you to this unique technique for painting beautiful flowers. This wet-on-wet method is used to make the most wonderful, realistic floral arrangements.
The morning will consist of practicing the basic skills. You will learn to paint different styles of leaves and greenery for fillers. After, you will learn to paint the basic flowers: daisies, five petal flowers, violets, lilacs and hydrangeas and baby’s breath.
You will create a background for your own pot or basket for your final composition.
Doors open at 10:00AM and class runs from 10:30AM to 4:30PM with a 30 minute lunch break. Class size is limited to 6.
Class cost is $75. The $55 class instruction fee paid to Bowen reserves your spot and is non-refundable 48 hours prior to date/time. A $20 materials fee is due day of class to instructor (cash or check only). Coffee, juice and muffins will be provided in the morning. There will be a 30 minute break for lunch. You are encouraged to bring your lunch as there is not enough time to leave the center to eat out.
Class space is limited to 6 students. You must register and pay for the class in advance to reserve your place. Once class size limit is reached, registration will be closed. At that point, we will notify you if you wish to be on wait list in case of any cancelation. Please note – cancellations must be received 48 hours prior to class for full refunds, or apply fee to next following class only.
