• No Direct Sales booths will be accepted.
• No electricity available. Generators are NOT allowed.
• No food trucks allowed.
• Properly packaged food items under a Cottage Food License are okay.

Choose between a 6′ or 8′ table inside or a 10′ x 10′ tent space outside.
Indoor Table:
• 6′ or 8′ table will be provided.
• The building will be locked overnight.
Outdoor Tent Space:
• 10×10 area (either on the grass or in a parking space) – We are limited to about 10 outdoor spaces.
• All outdoor vendors must supply their own tents & tent weights (minimum 40 lbs per leg).
• Vendors can leave their tents overnight. We do not provide security for outdoor vendors.
• Outside vendors can move valuable items inside overnight if needed.

Event Instructions:
• Payment due in full by Oct. 23rd.
• This event happens rain or shine.
• All application and space fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable.
• Market Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM – both days.
Compliance & Safety:
• Vendors must secure their own merchandise.
• No items are allowed to be extended over or run across any pedestrian walkway.
• Liability waiver must be signed by all vendors by Oct. 23rd. Waiver will be sent with invoices or available at The Bowen main office.
Set Up:
• Friday Oct. 23rd 12PM – 7PM
Vehicle Restrictions:
• No vehicles allowed in the market area Sat-Sun between 7:30 AM – 5:00 PM.
• Vendors must complete their daily setup by 7:30 AM.
• Vendor Parking is still being worked out. Hopefully we can get some spaces in the Junior High blocked off for you.
Teardown and Move-out:
• Begin on Sunday at 5:00 PM.
• All equipment, vehicles, and trash must be fully cleared out by 8:00 PM.
