The Bowen will host Members of the North Georgia Conservation Coalition as they bring us their Annual Earth Day Celebration. Help this wonderful group in their mission to bring awareness of conservation to North Georgia. 2020 marks 50 years since the beginning of Earth Day.
Tables and booths from civic, conservation and environmental organizations, as well as businesses and utility companies will be on site to provide information on conserving natural resources and energy that will not only save you time and money, but help conserve EARTH.
Included in the festivities are a Poster Contest for Dawson students, and free crafts and treats for children. Kids can also enter a raffle for 10 children’s books.
