Don’t miss this fantastic black-and-white photographic display by Jack Anthony of Dahlonega, Georgia. Jack as well known in the southeast as one of the premier photographers. Even at his youthful age, Jack still actively pursues his favorite pastime of photography and quite often can be seen hiking the North Georgia mountains. As a retired physicist, he has taken on the art of photography with equal fervor. He has published several books, most recently his Mountains and Waterfalls of North Georgia. Come enjoy this beautiful display of Jack’s travels from near and far.

Join us at our opening reception for Jack on May 14th from 1:00 to 3:00 PM. Enjoy appetizers and refreshments and meet Mr. Anthony.

This exhibit is free to the public and not one to be missed. The Bowen Center for the Arts is located between Lanier technical College and Dawson Junior high school on North Highway 9 North in the Historic District of Dawsonville. This art center prides itself in providing a cultural community adventure for all of North Georgia. It is located in the historic Old Rock School circa 1941.
