Come in, slow down, learn something new and enjoy creating without all the pressure we sometimes put on ourselves. I want you to learn watercolor techniques, of course, but also to leave feeling a little more relaxed than when you arrived. There will be much more emphasis on exploring, playing and enjoying the process than creating a “perfect” painting.
Bring your favorite watercolor supplies, or keep it simple and rent mine for the day.” ~ Lisa
Each month features a different theme for you to explore. FOR OCTOBER we will play with different brushstrokes to create those fall leaves, botanicals and pumpkins using beautiful autumn colors. This would be a wonderful class for exploring wet on wet watercolor and letting the paint do some of the work for us. Students can create a small painting, reading cards, or a combination of both.
No experience needed. This adult class runs once a month on Wednesdays from 10am to Noon. Other dates are: October 21, November 11 and December 9. Please sign up separately for each class.
