Springtime is the perfect backdrop for our wonderful glass display brought to us by students of instructor, Kelly Thames of the Spruill Arts Glass Department in Dunwoody, GA. Study the intricate and fascinating details of each work and how it is transformed into a unique style and color. It must be extremely exciting and engaging to work with this medium.
Dates to view are March 14 to April 10, 2026. All works are for sale and make a most unique and insightful gift or treasure for your home.
And how fitting to have another creative center display at the Bowen. The Bowen was once the Old Rock School which began in the 1930’s. It was restored in 2000 through a huge community effort and brought to it current status through the Dawson County Arts Council.
The Bowen is located in Heart of downtown Dawsonville’s Historic District on route Highway 9 North between Lanier technical College and Dawson Junior High School. You can call 706-216-2787.
