Juni Fisher, Western Music’s Entertainer of the Year, packed them in Sunday Afternoon at the Bowen. Neither sleet nor hail could dampen spirits as tales of Western romance and history danced through the rafters. Concertgoers reveled at the fabulous music and showmanship of Juni, who in addition to Western Music Assn. Entertainer of the Year 2011, was also named WMA Female Performer of the Year 2006, 2009 & 2011, and holds multiple Song, Album and Songwriter of the Year awards.
This benefit concert for the Georgia Equine Rescue League and was created by Rich Vigue of JRV Realty and Jo West. Bent Tree Saddle Club, Cherokee County Saddle Club and the Chattahoochee Trail Horse Association were in attendance and also donated $250 each for the cause.
